Faith-Based Education
Developing Knowledge, Character, and Purpose
At AURA, faith is an essential part of the educational experience. Our Christian values-based program complements academic learning by helping students develop strong moral character, ethical judgment, compassion, personal responsibility, and a commitment to serving others.
Students are encouraged to understand that education is not only about acquiring knowledge, but also about discovering purpose and learning how to use one’s gifts to benefit others. Biblical principles are integrated into the school community to guide students as they make decisions, build relationships, respond to challenges, and grow into responsible young adults.
Through prayer, reflection, meaningful discussion, community service, and positive relationships with teachers and classmates, students learn to demonstrate honesty, kindness, humility, perseverance, respect, and integrity in their daily lives.
AURA’s faith-based environment supports the development of the whole student, academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. We strive to provide a caring school community in which every student is known, valued, supported, and encouraged to grow in faith, wisdom, confidence, and character.
Students are prepared to:
- Approach learning with curiosity, humility, and a desire for truth.
- Make thoughtful decisions based on strong Christian and ethical principles.
- Treat others with dignity, compassion, fairness, and respect.
- Develop resilience and faith when facing challenges.
- Use their talents, knowledge, and leadership abilities to serve their communities.
