Jessica Ayala

Jessica Ayala was born and raised in Long Beach, CA and is a first-generation Latina who graduated from CSULB with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Throughout her academic journey, she acquired an extensive background in consumer banking that helped cultivate and navigate the start of her career in higher education as an admissions advisor. Besides Jessica’s professional achievements, she has had the privilege to travel and explore other parts of the world. Traveling gave her a new perspective, appreciation for other people’s culture, and overall it has made her a well-rounded individual.

Genevieve (Ivy) Javaluyas

Genevieve (Ivy) Javaluyas has been with the University for nearly fifteen years and serves the University and its students as the Director of Student Services. Ms. Javaluyas has actively assisted with the development of many student services policies and procedures and provided leadership related to her area of expertise in participating in institutional and programmatic regulatory approvals and accreditations. Ms. Javaluyas has more than fifteen years in administration and management experience in student services. Ms. Javaluyas holds a Baccalaureate degree in Mathematics with a concentration in actuarial science.

Ms. Pineda has been working with AUHS since 2012. She is the University Registrar. In her current role, she Implements academic policies, manages students’ academic records, and coordinates in-seat and online course registration processes while supervising the day-to-day activities of the Records/Registrar's Office staff. She supports institutional leadership and collaborates with cross-functional staff to improve registration processes, procedures, and policies. She also conducts degree audits and certifies graduation.

Librarian
Master’s degree in Information and Library Science from USC. She received her BA from UCR, specializing in Ancient and Medieval History. She currently works as the librarian at AUHS. Some of her specialties include academic research, cataloging, book repair, and library programs.
